Returns for Shark Werks Branded Products
We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened Shark Werks branded products within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus:
- Original shipping charges
- Payment processing fees that are non-refundable to us (typically approximately 4%)
If your order is canceled before shipment, payment processing fees are still non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Opened Shark Werks branded products may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Products that are damaged, installed, modified, or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
If your return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and waive any restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Returns for All Other Products
Most non–Shark Werks branded products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer approval and product condition.
The following conditions apply:
- A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any import duties or brokerage fees
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Damaged, installed, modified, or incomplete items are not eligible for return
Custom or made-to-order products, including forged wheels (such as HRE, Forgeline, and similar brands), are non-returnable unless defective.
