Product Description
Each kit (M14x1.5 90mm OAL x 10) comes with 10 studs & 10 nuts for one axle. For a full set please order 2X - one for the front and one for the rear.
High Strength Manganese Boron Steel Studs/Bolts offer an excellent balance of high Tensile Strength (ability of a material to withstand a longitudinal stress) and Toughness (ability of a material to absorb energy and plastically deform without fracturing).

*Torque Specs:
Motorsport Applications require an additional torque of + 10% to + 15% over vehicle manufacturer recommend value. It is always recommend the use of a quality calibrated torque wrench to secure studs and bolts. Use of impact guns/wrench is not recommended.
*Installation Notes:
Use the double nut method for installation of studs into hub in order to assure secure fastening. Use of thread locker on the stud threads at hub is optional. Sharky's Note: A wheel stud conversion replaces wheel bolts (found on 996, 996, 991, Cayman/Boxster) with studs and nuts for easier and faster wheel changes, greater flexibility with wheel spacers. It's especially beneficial for the track and helps with frequent wheel swaps, as the studs allow wheels to be slid on easily, unlike the need to align holes with bolts. The conversion also allows for more consistent torque application, which can reduce fatigue and extend the life of the hardware. Pre-water cooled cars came this way from the factory. This is a very popular upgrade.
